Ultrasun USA Inc.'s obligations under warranty are limited to replacements of any defective parts with the following exceptions:
Only parts obtained through Ultrasun USA, Inc. or its authorized dealers may be used. Transportation costs for parts shipped to the consumer and/or the return of the defective parts to Ultrasun USA are not included.
Labor will be furnished without charge for 90 days from date of purchase installation only. All labor frelated charges must be authorized by UltraSun USA prior to start of repairs and must coincide with UltraSun's established rates and time allotment policy.
Acrylics, acrylic side strips, filters, lamps, facial bulbs, pillows, tanning goggles and damaged obtained from improper installation are not covered. Voltage at the bed must not exceed the recommended voltages set by Ultrasun USA, Inc.
This warranty does not apply to any failure of the product or any parts of the product due to alterations, modifications, misuse, abuse, accident, improper maintenance, improper installation or if the serial number on the product has been removed, altered or defaced. Adequate packaging must be used for return goods to prevent freight damage.
